Seven checks, one small shortlist

Kakobuy Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

A row earns a place by answering useful questions. Mark each check honestly; a missing point tells you what to research next.

Quick answer

Give a Kakobuy spreadsheet row one point for each completed check below. Six or seven points makes it a stronger shortlist candidate, but it is never a guarantee of product quality, seller reliability, shipping outcome, or platform support.

The seven-point checklist

  • The item belongs in the category I am browsing.
  • Photos show the details that matter for this product type.
  • Sizing, measurements, or fit notes are visible when needed.
  • Price makes sense beside similar finds.
  • Shipping weight does not ruin the value.
  • The row is not just hype or a vague label.
  • I can explain why I would save this find.

The checklist is deliberately simple. It does not certify a listing. It slows down the moment between seeing an attractive row and adding it to an ever-growing list.

Score your row

  • 6–7 Strong shortlist candidate. Continue checking the destination page and current details.
  • 4–5 Research more. Write down the missing evidence before opening more links.
  • 2–3 Weak row. It needs substantial context and may not be worth the time.
  • 0–1 Remove for now. A vague link should not occupy the same space as a well-documented option.

Do not inflate the score. If a photo is too distant to answer the category question, the photo check is incomplete. If a size chart is generic or unclear, the sizing check is incomplete.

QC photos by category

Kakobuy QC photos are useful only when they show the details you need. More images are not automatically better; the angle, distance, and clarity matter.

Shoes and sneakers

Look for both side profiles, toe, heel, sole, inside label, and a usable insole or size reference. Note whether packaging changes the likely shipping weight.

Hoodies, shirts, and jackets

Look for front and back views, seams, cuffs, closure, lining where relevant, fabric texture, and actual garment measurements.

Bags and accessories

Look for scale, dimensions, interior, closures, strap attachments, edges, hardware, and included pieces.

Watches and jewelry

Look for straight-on and side views, clasp or fastening, markings, dimensions, and detail photos that remain sharp when enlarged.

A QC finder or QC photo finder can help locate images, but the tool cannot decide whether the photos answer your question. Use the category guide to set the standard first.

Use item measurements, not a universal size promise

A Kakobuy size chart search is a starting point, not a universal conversion table. Kakobuy is connected to many third-party product pages, and sellers may use different measurement methods, units, tolerances, and fit labels.

For clothing, compare a Kakobuy clothing size guide or the seller's chart with a garment you already own. Record chest, shoulder, sleeve, body length, waist, rise, and inseam only where they apply. For footwear, a Kakobuy shoe size chart is more useful when it includes foot or insole length and explains the measurement method.

When Kakobuy measurements appear in QC photos, confirm the selected option and the start and end points of the tape. A visible number without the right item, angle, or units is not enough to complete the sizing check.

Good row example and weak row example

Good research row

A hoodie row identifies the garment type and selected option. It includes chest width and body length, shows front, back, cuffs, hood, and print detail, and provides a weight note. The external page matches the row. You save it because the measurements suit your comparison.

Weak research row

A hoodie row has a catchy label, one small photo, no option details, no measurements, no material context, and an external page with a different-looking item. You save it only because the visible price appears low.

The one-sentence save rule

Save a row only when you can finish this sentence: “I am keeping this Kakobuy find because the row shows ______, and I want to confirm ______ on the external page.”

If both blanks are vague, return to the sheet or remove the row. A small list with explicit reasons is easier to review than dozens of unexplained links.

What to do next

  1. For a low score, use Search Ideas to find the missing evidence.
  2. For a bulky item, review the shipping weight guide.
  3. Before following third-party pages, read the buyer safety notes.
  4. If the row remains clear, continue to the relevant category or the Kakobuy Findsindex hub.

The Findsindex button opens a third-party page in a new tab. Recheck visible product details and current policies there.
